Compliance-manager can assign tasks, One-time or Continuous, to employee (s) for each Compliance Standard or Requirement with assigned due-dates. Assets / data entry templates can be associated to each task.
Employees/Users are automatically notified of task assignments, reassignments, pending and late tasks.
Based on pre-assigned tasks, Users/employees can submit relevant documents/data for “Final Approval” to the assigned Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer.
Audit-quality documents can be reviewed and approved by pre-assigned Compliance Managers.
Allows to make notes and comments for each document submission.
Built-in e-mail reminders for upcoming tasks / audits along with on-demand e-mail notifications based on user defined “Custom” groups or Compliance Standards.
Export / save documents and files to local desktops for future reference.
Real-time Audit Reports categorized by Standards/Requirements.
Alerts can be received as Cell Phone Text messages.
ComplyTrack can easily be integrated to 3rd party systems thus enabling export/import data from or to other systems including Sharepoint Server.
