E-Scheduler:
Fortech’s E-Scheduler is a complete web based Interactive application that enables users to create and submit schedules on-line. These schedules can be approved / denied / adjusted by the Marketers (Admin Module). It also provides an interface to e-Tagging Systems to seamlessly create and submit Tags for the approved schedules. Using E-Scheduler, marketers and operators can perform scheduling based on monthly, daily, On-Peak and Off-Peak Hours. E-Scheduler has two modules:

 

User Module

Create and Submit a new schedule by entering the MWH Values or by editing an existing

Schedule

Update an existing schedule after any necessary adjustments

Ability to associate a schedule to allocated accounts in the Scheduling System

Provides the ability to view all the schedules created by a user over a period of time
Provides the ability to dynamically monitor the changes or adjustments made to the schedules
by the Administrator
Ability to dynamically display the status of the schedules Approved / Denied / Adjusted
and Tag ID after Tag Creation

 

Admin Module
Allow administrators to view schedules based on various selection criteria like start and stop
date, company, status, User etc.

Ability to sort / view all the schedules created by users

Provides the ability to Approve / Deny / Adjust schedules

The system also provides the ability to Approve / Deny / Adjust multiple schedules

Provides an automated interface to e-Tag agent to create Tags for the approved schedules

After the Tag is created, the system automatically associates the Tag ID to the schedules in the

E-Scheduler
