ForTrack™ is a client-customizable web-based enterprise solution designed for efficiently managing multiple Rebate Programs for Water Savings, Alternative energy, Carbon Management and Power/Energy Efficiency Programs. ForTrack™ can be effectively used to manage the complete Rebate Lifecycle—creating custom rebate programs, processing enrollments and applications, generating inspection orders thru the final step of rebate payments. ForTrack™ can be used by energy/water utility organizations, cities, municipalities, 3rd party vendors, participants, rebate administrators / processing agencies & program controllers.

Generate work orders, approve Inspection Reports & approve Rebate payments either thru web-interface or thru Excel spreadsheets.
Import/Export data from multiple sources like RPA, Inspection Vendors, Water or Power Agencies etc in the form of Spread-Sheets, XML or other formats.
Configure new Excel Spreadsheets that need to be imported into the system thru built-in “field mapping” techniques.
Users can apply for rebates online and track rebate status, access “how to” videos/help documents for their rebate programs.
